Our Mission & Vision

At Tribe Survival we endeavor to aid individuals and communities to be better prepared for the unexpected, with the foundational goal of assisting others. Tribe Survival takes its mission and vision one step further and works to give back to the community through teaching, training and mentorship.

It all starts with our company motto:

“Trading Panic for Patience.”

Panic:  Sudden uncontrollable fear or anxiety, often causing wildly unthinking behavior.

Patience:  The capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble or suffering without getting angry or upset.

Our vision aims to bring methodical, well thought out, tested and honed skills to you in order to help prepare you for the unknown and unexpected.  

We will give participants some incredible tools, offer skills that are not only practical within the nature of survival, but also teach you about yourself and how, with perseverance and tenacity, overcoming obstacles that seem impossible to negotiate are in fact possible.

We want to encourage and challenge you to connect with Tribe Survival LLC as a team, group, unit or individual that wants to better themselves and help others.

Survival is the action resulting from the successful application of the fundamental skills and techniques learned over time.  Tribe Survival LLC is the place to learn these skills.  Whether you're a CEO of a Fortune 500 company, a young adult that needs to find themselves and some purpose in their life, or just someone who wants to brush up on their leadership skills, tactical capabilities and application, this endeavor will help you tap into those resources you didn’t know you had.

The Why?

As Owner and Founder of Tribe Survival LLC, this has been in the making since I entered this world and took my first breath.  This is just the next chapter in my life’s book, and a continuation of my purpose in life: To help others.

Professionally, I have over twenty years of Government and Corporate Security experience.  The seventeen years prior provide a story all its own.

My childhood was marked by abuse and instability. These adverse childhood experiences left me searching for my place in the world. I was lucky enough to find it when I joined the United States Army at the age of 17.  I felt it was my duty to serve a higher purpose than myself.  I felt a calling to find truth.

Having served in numerous high threat environments, the words “panic” and “patience” became rooted into my very being.  It took decades of my life to fully understand and hone the mental and physical aspects that these two words encapsulate.  

What my experiences have taught me is that humans are capable of so much more than we think we are. We can survive and persist through so much more than we realize. But we can’t do it alone. We need a Tribe. We need skills. We need to be prepared. With this foundation we can overcome and survive any challenge life throws at us.

I founded Tribe Survival LLC in order to teach others the skills and capabilities I have learned and honed over the last 20-plus years. I want to help others to not only survive, but to excel in the ability to persevere and empower others.  To live life.  To give back in a selfless and meaningful way, and run from the selfish parts of our lives that bring divisive and one sided lifestyles.

Our Future….

Tribe Survival LLC has a future vision to start a non-profit. We will use our profits from our training classes to fund and launch a non-profit foundation to support children experiencing adverse or traumatic events in their lives.  This will be specific to at-risk and troubled youth.

We will leverage exceptionally qualified, experienced and trained individuals with various backgrounds.  The non-profit foundation will host a variety of programs that will be specifically designed for families and at-risk youth struggling to find their place in life due to abuse and neglect. These will be highly structured and facilitated programs that remove families and individuals from the pressures and influences of their lives, and instead present them with healthy risks and real challenges of the NATURAL WORLD. These courses will focus on communication, conflict resolution, learning how to adapt and overcome life's obstacles and teach valuable decision making techniques.  

More importantly, this non-profit will provide a safe environment needed to have those breakthrough moments where trust, honesty, friendship, reconciliation, forgiveness and knowing that you're not alone in this can shine through.

Children are worth fighting for, and that's exactly what I intend to do by sharing my story, my life experiences and my failures, but also what I have learned and how I have overcome those times.  We want to help ignite the fire within those children's souls who are thinking about giving up.  Who think they have no one. Tribe Survival is on a mission to share hope and to bring light to one child at a time.
